At Achai Vere’ai (Go My Son), we are committed to providing boys in Edgware with a safe, engaging, and meaningful environment during the evenings.
Over 90 boys enjoy our various yeshivas hamasmidim programs throughout the week. Our weekly chabura programs for the older boys, the games room and refreshments help them grow in confidence, build friendships and develop life skills, whilst strengthening their character through structured activities, mentorship, and positive experiences.
To continue offering a high-quality program—and to grow it further—we rely on more than just dedication and goodwill. We need essential resources: equipment, refreshments, and the ability to plan special outings and experiences, as well as our ongoing costs for our rent, Rabbeim, madrichim and mashpi'im.
We turn to you to partner with us in this vital organization that is playing such an important role in the growth of the youth of our kehillah.

About
As the Edgware kehillah has grown over recent years, so has its needs. Starting in 2016, Reb Bentzy Katzenstein began organizing shiurim, onegs and other activities for the boys. The programs continually expanded, and in 2022 together with Avromi Kirsch a more structured program was founded under the name Achei Verei (Go My Son).
Today, over 70 boys enjoy varied learning programs and wholesome social activities. Overseen by responsible rebeim and madrichim, the boys thrive socially in our games room in a relaxed environment.
Outdoor events, including biking and hiking trips, also take place over the year giving the boys the opportunity to embrace the incredible benefits of the outdoors and return home refreshed and energized.
As the organization continues to expand and benefit more youngsters from these programs, the cost of running them rises. We turn to you to partner with us in this vital organization that is playing such an important role in the growth of the youth of our kehillah.
